Preferences: language, followed leagues, risk level and whether you want email alerts.

Minimal technical data needed for security and operation (e.g. access logs).

Provide the service and account access (performance of a contract).

Send you tips by email only if enabled (consent, revocable at any time).

Ensure site security (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

We keep data while your account is active. On deletion we erase or anonymise it, unless a legal obligation requires retention.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. Providers such as web hosting and the email service may access it solely to provide the service, as processors bound by confidentiality. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous statistics, which may involve a data transfer to the USA.

6. Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@goalvalue.net.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control and secrets kept out of the source code.
